Villa Montgó, Denia

Villa in the beautiful residential area under the natural park of Montgó approx. Being subsequently renovated and creating completely new areas in the basement, today it offers several generously designed spaces on both floors.

It has a large plot with access to two streets. The gated main entrance leads to the parking area and hood with steps ascending to the main entrance and lobby. Adjoining is the large open plan kitchen, living/dining room with defined areas for cooking, sitting, eating and relaxing. In winter, a thermal fireplace combined with oil central heating provides a more economical heating system. There are several terraces connected to the dining room/kitchen. By means of an impressive staircase you descend to the large front terrace and the pool of about 13 x 6 m. Next door, another terrace is the place to enjoy al fresco dining and at the back there is another. Along the corridor are grouped four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small living room with access to one of the terraces.
